HOT Water is an acronym for Hovering Over the Water. In the Beginning of Creation (Genesis 1:2) the Spirit of God “Hovered over the Waters.”

Hot Water has developed a unique program to mentor to youth using water sports and other outdoor activities.  Our program helps youth to fight the negative peer pressures that all youth face everyday.

Our program teaches youth to water ski using symbolism's of our faith. 

 - The "boat" reperesents GOD

 - The "ski rope" represents Jesus Christ

 - The "water" represents chaos

 - The "skis" represents their faith

As young people learn to "stand " on their faith (the skis), hold onto Jesus Christ (the rope) and let the power of GOD (the boat) pull them out of the chaos (the water) they learn to hover over that chaos. By being "above" the chaos they are not influenced by its negative influences. 

Even if they stumble and fall, which all humans do, all they have to do is stand on their faith, hold onto Jesus Christ and let the power of GOD pull them once again out of the chaos so they can hover over it.

Youths found throughout ALL socio-economic levels of modern society are being subjected to negative peer pressures at school, to try drugs, sex, join gangs and the use of alcohol. The negative, and chaotic, influence of the Internet, TV and Movies adds to this negative peer pressure. Without strong "positive" peer pressure youth will buy into all of this garbage that poisons their minds.

H.O.T. Water, Inc. is a 501 (C)(3), not for profit, Corporation expressly established to mentor and witness to youth from 6 to 18+ years of age!

Through our mentoring HOT Water Youth learn to “Hum Over the Waters” with confidence.  By skiing, wake-boarding, tubing and other water sports, youth will be challenged to work at achieving attainable goals.  Peers and mentors teach youth to identify faithful life goals through these memorable achievements.

Once they have regained their confidence, and self-esteem, they become positive influences to other youth. We have found that these new confidence and self-esteem levels prevent youth from being taken advantage of by their "negative" peers. It allows them to stand strong against the many temptations, and negative peer pressure, that push so many youth down the wrong road.

Studies have long shown that youth who have strong self-esteem and self confidence levels become assets to society. Many go on to become leaders within their respective peer groups helping others to find their own way.  Our mentoring continues to build this positive reinforcement.

For every young person we can help to attain improved self confidence, and self-esteem, we will be helping more through their personal relationships. It is this synergistic effect that makes our program grow and reach more and more young people!

Our mentoring includes a one on one teaching approach of youth. This mentoring concept can be broken down as: 

1. The aforementioned illustration of GOD's power, the Love of Jesus Christ and the faith we have to be pulled out of chaos
2. Illustrating God's saving Grace and his love through witnessing.
3. The physical aspect of learning new activities while advancing to higher levels of skill. 
4. The mental aspect of advancing to higher skills while learning water sports. 
5. The need to rely on others while having fun. 
6. The need to work and play together, safely, while being respectful of others. 

   Our Statement of Faith

            · In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 

               · Now the earth was formless and empty. Darkness was on the surface of the deep. God's Spirit was hovering over the surface of the waters. 

               · God said, "Let there be light," and there was light.

               · That God exists as the Father, the Son and the Holy Ghost and all three will always be with us.

               · Those who oppose him we must gently instruct, in the hope that God will grant them repentance leading them to a knowledge of truth, and that they will come to their senses and escape the trap of the devil.   

               · HOT Water Youth will become faithful role-models to their peers, family and friends of all ages.

   Let nobody despise your youth; but be an example to those who believe, in word, in your way of life, in love, in spirit, in faith, and in purity.
